How long does the promotion run for?

The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 16th September 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 6th December 2024.

What is the promotion?

Simply purchase a participating MILO® Product and go to www.milo.com.au/promo for the chance to instantly win a Rebel eGift card.

What are the participating products in the promotion?

The promotion is available with the purchase of any of the following participating MILO® products during the promotion period:

1.          MILO® Powdered Drink

2.          MILO® Cereal

3.          MILO® Snack Bar

4.          MILO® Mocha

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion, simply purchase any participating MILO® product (listed above). Then go to www.milo.com.au/promo during the promotional period and follow the prompts on screen to submit your entry into the Instant Win Prize Draw. Receipt required to enter (retain your original receipt).

Do I have to make a purchase to enter?

Yes, you will need to purchase any participating MILO® product (listed above) during the promotional period.

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted, however there is a limit of one entry per person, per day and a maximum of one entry per transaction (per receipt).

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

Do I need my receipt as part of my entry?

Yes. You cannot enter without a receipt as proof of purchase. A photo or scanned copy can be uploaded with your entry. You must hold onto your original receipt for all of your entries

What can I win as an Instant Prize?

There are 2,025 Instant Win prizes of Rebel eGift Cards to be won, with varying values as shown in the table below:

How do I know if I am a winner?

Instant Prize Winners will be notified immediately that they are a provisional winner (subject to verification) on screen via the promotion website and via email. Once verified, the winner will also receive an email to their registered email address within seven (7) business days.

All winners’ names will be published on www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners by 18 December 2024.

Can I swap the prize?

Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

I am a provisional instant prize winner, what are the next steps?

Congratulations on your win!  Provisional instant prize winners will be notified immediately on screen via the promotional website. Once your entry has been validated, you will receive an email to your registered email address within 7 business days. If you haven’t received anything, make sure to check your junk/spam folders.

Still not there? If it has been more than 10 working days, please get in contact with us via the Contact Us button in the menu on the promotional website.

I am not an instant prize winner, what can I do now?                                                                           

Sorry that you are not an instant prize winner this time! To try again, simply make a new purchase of any participating MILO® product during the promotional period (a full list of participating products is listed above) and come back to enter again!  A quick note: once you have entered with a particular receipt, you cannot use the same receipt to enter again.

How do I claim my prize?                                                                                                                            

Instant Prize Winners must claim their prize by 5.00pm AEDT on 18 March 2025 by following the instructions to claim the prize in the Prize Winner confirmation email. If the prize is not claimed by this date the prize will be forfeited and we will determine an alternative winner via an unclaimed prize draw.
